Built the backend and LLM evaluation module of a web application where candidates practise interviews with an AI interviewer that asks follow-ups, interrupts and returns structured feedback. Developed the dialogue engine using Azure AI Foundry and LangChain for context-aware adaptive conversations with FastAPI WebSocket support for real-time session flow. Implemented STAR-structure detection, filler-word tracking and pacing analysis for per-session scoring.
Designed and implemented three deep learning architectures from scratch in PyTorch — a 1D CNN, an encoder-decoder RNN and an encoder-decoder Transformer — for online handwritten mathematical expression recognition. Manually implemented bidirectional LSTM cells, multi-head self-attention, cross-attention and sinusoidal positional encoding. Achieved 93.31% test accuracy on glyph classification and 91.25% Levenshtein Accuracy on infix expressions.
Scalable Notification Microservice built with Java 17 and Spring Boot within a distributed architecture. RESTful APIs trigger automated alerts for inventory stock levels, product expiry warnings and system events. Backed by MongoDB and containerized with Docker.
